In cooperation with Soul and Synergy LLC. I will be hosting a Shadow Work class on February 16 from 6pm to 8pm

This class will cover the often misunderstood “Shadow Work”. We will focus on three questions:

What is Shadow Work?

Why do people do it?

How do I do Shadow Work?

This class is focused on the practical aspects of Shadow Work. We will discover various ways people think about Shadow Work, and endeavor to do the difficult Work. We will discuss various techniques from literature and personal experience for maintaining our practice and integrating it into our lives.

This class will deal with adult topics. We ask that you bring a compassionate and open mind. Tolerance and understanding are necessary components of any deep personal work, and especially Shadow Work.

Please bring a journal for note-taking.
